Find people that can help
The Massachusetts Nurses Association is the go-to resource in the United States that serves as the model for fragrance policies across the country. Their website suggests some guidelines on how to advocate for a fragrance policy. These include:
- find like-minded people;
- identify the person in charge of human resource policies; and
- sett up a meeting and keep things positive by laying out a win-win kind of approach.
